Art & Light Series

I endeavored to capture the lighting and feeling of several classical fine art pieces in order to be able to do the same in my own future works, through studio staging and photography. To further implement this learning expedition, for the final photo I recreated one of my own previous works where I had struggled to get the correct lighting. In order to smoothly and efficiently work in the studio I carefully planned out the placement of lights, props, models, and camera framing. During the shoot, given my models different heights and outfits I adjusted my plans accordingly to get a more successful composition.
