A Lost Friend

I ventured to create a single page graphic storyline of a starfish in desperate search of anyone like himself. The story had to be understandable to a large general populace and intentional in the reading order. At each stage of development I would conduct live testing with classmates and non-designers to make sure my story was readable from the illustrations and overall flow of the panels. The particular five panels referenced in the process work went through several iterations from the live testing to improve clarity and reading order. I Adjusted framing, placement, and composition to bring focus and communicate emotion.
